May – June – July

Starters:

Green peasoup with roe, cress, wild shoots and sour dough*

Green aspargus with Hollandaise sauce, rye bread and almond

Shrimp salad with horse radish, dill, lemon and garden salad

Tartar from topside with zucchini, mustard, burnt onion and nettles

Main course:

Tender beets med Puy lentils, spinach, parsley and goats cheese

Baked cod with fennel, fresh garlic, capers and new potatoes

Lamb** with yellow peas, white turnip, kohlrabi and dill veluté

Dessert:

Clafouti with rhubarb whipped cream and almond

Pavlova with strawberries, pistachios and mint

Our selection of cheeses, the bakers seed crackers and apple

Chocolate cake with beetroot and crème fraiche
