TIME FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON AT ROSENDAL’S GARDEN!
Enjoy a magical time of the year with the greenhouses decorated, the candles lit and the spiced mulled wine on the menue.
The chefs have preserved tastes from the garden season and serve lunch daily in the garden café. The bakers present a traditional variety of Christmas cakes and our florists create beautiful flower arrangements and wreaths with material gathered in nature.
At night we set the table for our Christmas dinnner – a menue that captures the essence of Swedish Christmas with a Rosendal twist and care for the planet. (for booking see below).

Between November 28 and December 21, we welcome you to Rosendal’s Garden for an unforgettable evening where seasonal ingredients from our own biodynamic cultivation, Djurgården’s lands, and local food producers take center stage.
At our table classics meet new garden favorites here you’ll find the traditional pickled herring and Christmas ham alongside plant-based alternatives such as ”veg-herring” and salt-baked beetroot. We promise you a modern and mindful meal in a classic setting that you won’t forget!
Christmas Evenings | November 13, 14 from 5pm
Food, music & mingling as we inaugurate this year’s Garden Christmas!
Celebrate the start of this year’s Garden Christmas with two atmospheric evenings at Rosendal’s Garden, open until 8 PM! The greenhouses are decorated for winter, the garden is illuminated with lanterns and light installations, the bonfire is lit in the courtyard, and the Christmas tree is up.
The chefs open up the outdoor kitchen serving a warming mushroom bouillon and potato dumplings. From 5.30 pm there will be live jazz in the greenhouse.

Beckman’s College of Design
Find unique Christmas gifts designed by students of form, fashion, and visual communication from Beckman’s College of Design. This weekend, they’re taking over our large greenhouse for their annual Christmas market!
We open the Winter Bar from 12-4 PM with mulled wine and snacks. In the café, we serve lunch and refreshments.

CHRISTMAS IN THE PLANT SHOP & FARM STORE
Experience Garden Christmas at Rosendal – and bring the feeling back home!
In the Plant Shop, all the Christmas flowers are lined up; fragrant hyacinths, magnificent amaryllis, and delicate paperwhites.
We have wreaths and ornaments for the Christmas tree, and of course gifts for garden enthusiasts; books, gardening tools, vases, and carefully selected craftwork from local ceramicists.
The Farm Store is filled to the brim with Christmas flavors – bread from our wood-fired bakery, our classic gingerbread dough; creamy, toffee-flavored, and this year’s special edition, flavorful preserves, spices, and selected items for the set table.
