Make this Christmas extra green! We invite you to join us for a hands-on afternoon at Rosendal’s kitchen. Find inspiration for plant based holiday dishes made with whole foods, with a nod to your health.
Together we will cook a three course Christmas menu, based on seasonal ingredients and organic produce. We will wrap up with enjoying the dishes we have cooked and discussing the experience.
Course leader Alena Grahn is a plant based chef working at Rosendals Garden Café. Alena was chosen to be one of the finalists in Sweden’s first Plantable Cooking Contest earlier this year.
The course is held in English. All course participants will be given recipes to take home, or may choose to have the recipes emailed.
Course fee 1250 Skr, meal and snack is included in the price.
